When this Landscapes & Design Center Inc came to us in 2006, They did not have a website or any solid branding plan. After the initial Discovery meeting, we discovered that this client had been doing landscaping for new homes, and other projects and that they did really Excellent work with great service. We also discovered that a challenge for our client was that the sales person would have to re-educate every single client almost on what plants go with what type of yard and how tall with they grow and etc.. etc.. this was consuming way too much of the sales person and the office employee time. They also wanted to use the site to inform and educate as well as impress.

The Market Store built a neautiful website, conducted a 3 day photo shoot for 10 homes and created professionally photographed galleries to show off the great work they did in the website.

SEO

We built in several SEO target phrases to attract the LOCAL business they wanted and created a nice gallery to show off allot of the landscaping work they do and did. one phrase that is #1 natural listings in google search when you sear for it is {land scaping las cruces} as of Nov 2010.

Programming solution for faster closings

Our solution to the home owner education challenge was to program a custom Plant Library database and interface that can be managed from the back end by the client. Client can add, edit, delete info about plants as well as upload images so their clients can see what they look like for real to make faster decisions. This has been a huge success for our client and they are very happy.

All Print materials like brochures, cards etc all point to the main website to learn more about the library and how to custom order your own landscaping.

We created Businesses Cards, Brochures, sales folders and inserts to give the sales person the right tools and have created another SOLUTION to a marketing need.

Strategy

The Branded call back tool we designed and produced was a 5.5 x 8 inch glossy card with allot of information to streamline the sales process even more. it was left with every call out to any client and always pointed back to the website for more info. This worked great for our client and increased business by significant amounts by freeing up the sales person to actually do more sales instead of education lessons over and over to most of their clients.
